The National Museum of American Illustration

I've been meaning to visit the National Museum of American Illustration in Newport ever since it opened in1998, but I kept baulking at the rather steep $25 admission fee. They recently dropped the price to $18, which is quite a bit more reasonable. Bit of a downer.

This rain has left me lamenting the fact that my favorite Peonies are already waterlogged and not worth photographing this year. I am so disappointed that I will have to wait again for next year unless I purchase some at the local flower shop. Continue
